I’m building IRIS to help women make better decisions about the supplements we put into our bodies.
Women make up an estimated 65% of customers buying supplements – a $180B industry – often because the nature of being a woman means we experience so many differing life stages and phases. So we seek help, but so often we are met with ‘solutions’ that honestly don’t help at all.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. And there are some fantastic products on the market. And the information is out there – but it’s only useful if you can make sense of it.
I’m building this tool because I’m tired of seeing women spend hundreds per month on supplements that probably aren’t doing anything;
tired of celebrity brands getting attention based on clout while brands with credibility can’t cut through and tried-and-true generic forms are relegated as ‘uncool’;
tired of marketing claims making people feel like a pill is going to solve all of their issues;
and most of all, I’m tired of being spoken to in jargon about something that affects my health – the root of life.
If you found yourself nodding through this manifesto, please get in touch with me, tell me your story, and join the ride. I’m hoping to release version 1.0 in May 2026.
